Team Boundary Blurring

New publication in “Small Group Research” by Lisa Handke

Modern teamwork is increasingly characterized by blurred team boundaries, for example through changing membership, involvement in multiple teams, and geographic dispersion due to hybrid work. However, we still know little about how these developments affect team processes and the perception of collaboration—particularly when team members experience and evaluate interactions differently.
